The Giant Fly Has Moved In!
GAME UPDATE
A disgusting new creature has started buzzing around the Housing system: the Giant Fly! Just like the Slime, this unusual pet does not spawn in the wild. It can only appear inside your house, making it one of the strangest pets to obtain in Taming.io.
If you want to find one, you’ll need to be a little careless with your pets… because the Giant Fly is attracted to one thing above all: dried poop.
A House-Only Insect Pet
The Giant Fly is a new Insect-type pet linked entirely to the Housing system. You won’t find it in forests, deserts or volcanoes: it only appears inside player houses.
This makes it a very special pet to hunt. Instead of roaming the world, you’ll need to pay attention to what happens inside your own home… and maybe not clean everything too quickly.
How Does a Giant Fly Appear?
When your pets live in your house, they may leave behind poop. If these droppings are not cleaned up, they can eventually dry out.
Once a poop has dried, a Giant Fly may decide to use it like a little bed and fall asleep above it. If you spot one resting over your old droppings, that means your chance has come: you can try to capture it.
Capture It Like the Slime
The Giant Fly uses a capture system similar to the Slime. If you find one sleeping above poop in your house, you can attempt to catch it.
If the capture is successful, the pet will appear in your inventory as a potion called "Captured Giant Fly". You can then use it in-game just like any other pet potion and start playing with your new flying companion.
A Stinky Skill
The Giant Fly is not just here to buzz around: it comes with its own nasty power. This pet can unleash a stinky storm, spreading a foul cloud around the battlefield and making it a truly ally.
As an Insect-type pet, the Giant Fly is a perfect addition for players who enjoy strange creatures, house-only secrets, and unusual taming methods.
Will You Let the Mess Build Up?
Most players rush to keep their house clean… but this time, leaving a little mess behind might actually reward you. If you’re patient enough to let droppings dry out, you may be lucky enough to discover one of the weirdest pets in Taming.io.
