The Insect Fairy is an Insect and Fairy type and appears only when you attack the Cactus Boss, in the Desert biome. You can tame the baby Insect Fairies after killing this boss.
The Insect Fairy replaces the Fire Fairy, who is already present in the Green Forest with the Trent Boss.
The Insect Fairy projects a swarm of butterflies that do damage over time and greatly reduce the target's visibility.
